Pop Chutipong Benjasatkul is a founder and CEO of recruitment agency which is also HR, sales and marketing consulting firm, iTalent (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

He specializes in providing consult for designing the HR function as well as recruiting the right person that matches company’s needs especially in FMCG industry. His clients are the leading companies such as Pepsico, Colgate-Palmolive and AB Food and Beverage (Ovaltine). His fields of expertise include Sales Management, Strategic Planning, Marketing and Talent Management.

He has gained knowledge and he has been trained while working as Channel Sales Manager in top companies like Nestle, Mazda, Dumex, DKSH and Mars Thailand.

He has been in many positions including entrepreneur, organization leader and head-hunter so he has all area of expertise which can help those organizations change plans into practical use to reach organization’s goal. He also helps with Social Enterprise by being the consultant and Executive Coach for many SMEs and young entrepreneurs. Also he helps with giving advice in career path issues.

He graduated in BBA from ABAC majoring in Finance Credit and Banking. He has passed many training including 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Train the Trainer, Crucial Conversion, Customer and Category Management Training and Development Program and etc.
